Dining room area cold holding buffet style refrigeratd unit not cold holding foods at 45 F or less. Thermocuple readings of mushroom caps noted in uhit noted at 56 F. Corrected by immediate removal of mushroom caps and all other cold held foods to dining area walkin refrigerated unit that can maintain 45 F or less. Corrected and discussed.
