Cheese product kept using time as a control was kept in a container with no discard time displayed. Strongly encouraged the manager to use the time limit for this item in McDonaldÂ’s procedure and post it so that the food item is discarded at the end of its allotted time. Report e-mailed.

Temperatures taken today of food items and in refrigeration were found to be acceptable. Re-inspection will be done in early August to monitor cleaning and other issues.
