A new 2 pack of food testing termometers was in the kitchen unopened. Both were brought out by the cook and were both calibrated and put into use. Corrected. 5A--~3 dozen raw shell eggs found in the top section of cooler measuring 52 degrees using the inspector's calibrated food testing thermometer. The cook voluntarily discarded the eggs due to the length of time the eggs were in the top of that cooler. Corrected. 8C--Clean cups found stored on tray lined with paper towels. 8F--Frozen fish found thawing in bin of standing water in the sink. Water turned on to continue thawing. Corrected. 11A--Cloth towels lining counters under drying dishware.
