Comments: Discussed food operation. Per interview, food functions are not open to the general public. All food functions are for the VFW members and their guests only. This is a membership only organization and the members cook for their fellow members. Discussed manual dishwashing. This facility has a large 2 bay sink. To facilitate the proper wash, rinse and sanitize procedure, you can use a large bin to act as the "third bay". Discussed the refrigerated storage location for raw shell eggs and raw meats in the kitchen refrigerator - lowest shelf and not above or next to ready to eat foods.
