Temeperatures in walk-in coolers adequate. inspector requested items drying in sanitizing section of 3-bay sink be rehashed, reprinted, and resanitized. Manager was unable to verify if sanitizing step had occurred with these dishes. After this was done, inspector walked out to area to find actively leaking drain under the sanitizing bay leaking across floor and in the common walkway of employees. Employees mopped, contained the leak as a temporary fix, and put up wet floor sign. Operator will correct leak in 3-bay sink. Manager declined reading of violations at time of inspection.
