Chlorine residual 0.6 said to be municipal water and septic. Upstairs is said to be for meetings only. Back bar area off of Bingo hall was not in use at time of inspection. Back bar area is said to be used when the hall is rented out for events. Back bar has a 3 bay sink and no indirect drain.

The Mechanical dish Washer cannot be used until the Sanitizing Pump is repaired and the unit dispensing the sanitizer so that a residual of between 50 to 100 ppm Chlorine is maintained in the Final rinse water.
