Comments: All corrections to be addressed with this office in two weeks. Gfdo 518 793-3893. Does not have a CPR notification poster or choking poster. Needs handwash signs. Staff hostile and argumentative during entire inspection. Interviews and education could not be conducted with staff due to their hostility. Tomatoes sliced in cooler maintaining a temperature of 53 degrees f however staff stated just sliced from whole state storage. Exit interview with staff could not be performed for facility was very busy with customers and discussed with operator to contact this office when he had time to discuss the inspection report. Did not find a food prep sink with an air gap?
