Discussed with operator to contact Washington county code Enforcement and send notice of intent to this office with specifications and plans prior to modification. Permit was hung in a more conspicuous public view. Issued choking poster, CPR poster, and handwash signs. All hot temperatures good, all cold temperatures good, food handling good. Noted: Food handlers wearing sanitary gloves entire time of food prep with no available hand wash sink in a close proximity to where the food is being prepared. Has only one sink with four bays in entire restaurant and these sinks were continuously being used for dishes. Discussed leaving home fries cooked out at room temp. must be kept at or below 45 or above 140degreesF. not on counter. reminded to keep clam tags with clams.
