Comments: 1) Inspector determined that the floor in the ladies restroom that was provided to the office in a complaint earlier this year, had been repaired as stated by the operator. The sink in the ladies restroom had been repaired/replaced as directed. However, the sink in the ladies restroom did not have any running hot water. Cold water was provided to the sink for use. 2) All temperatures, both hot and cold, were within acceptable guidelines when checked by the inspector at the time of the inspection. 3) Ten day letter/notice of inspection was left by the inspector at the time of inspection.
