Comments: Inspection by appointment as FSE closed down on its own accord after a pipe burst in the dining room. The kitchen was not damaged and the basement bakery had its ceiling repaired. All appliances are working fine. There is a small section on the right side of the dining room that is screened off as they are still repairing it but the rest of the dining room is fine. Establishment is in generally good condition with no major violations of the New York sanitary code. FSE will be allowed to open from Department of Health's perspective as long as they have a valid Certificate of Occupancy issued by the Town of Airmont.
