Corrected: Both cans were discarded in the trash. Milk and containers of frosting are stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler in the rear baking area kitchen. The front counter display cooler holding roast beef sandwiches, potato salad and milk, is missing a thermometer. Temperature of potato salad in the cooler = 39 F The microwave in the rear baking area kitchen needs to be cleaned.
