Vinegar was moved by employee and corrected 5c- at time of inspection, found bags of diced ham 51dF and breakfast sausage in cold hold unit. They had been out to make an omelet on the counter. Both were put back in cooler and corrected 8a- produce found stored on floor and corrected 11a + b- sanitizing bucket not made up wipeclothes are not stored in sanitizing bucket corrected 15b- many cooler lights do not work corrected 11a- chemical dish machine is not sanitizing corrected 15b- some of the lights in kitchen are not shielded corrected 15a- walls by the 2 stoves are dirty corrected 10b- water is leaking from sandwich unit into bin on floor corrected 15b- light is not shielded in beer room corrected 8a- cases of beer are stored on floor in beer storage room corrected 11d- 2 fans in kitchen have dust debris corrected 15a- floor under equipment is dirty, bathroom floors are dirty 2c- bins of raw fish at time of inspection found stored above salad dressing in cooler. fish moved and corrected 5d- macaroni salads 51dF and coleslaw 53dF found in cooler were made 9:00am this morning. In speaking with cook the dressings were not prechilled. Allowed to keep salads since met cooling time frames. Lids were taken off and salads were put back in cooler
