Tested with inspector's calibrated food testing thermometer. To be fixed by maintenance starting 12/5/12. Will not be used until fixed. 5A- 9- 1/2 pint cartons of chocolate milk, 37-4oz. cartons of milk, 9lbs. of cour cream, 6 1/2 dozen eggs, 2 quarts of heavy whipping cream and around two dozen containers of yougurt were all temped between 52-58dF with inspector's digital thermometer at 11:45 AM. All above items were voluntarily discarded by employee due to being above 45dF for a period of over 2 hours- corrected 4A- Two spray bottles of bleach found filled strictly with bleach only. Was tested with chlorine test strips and found to be extremely strong (> 200 ppm). Employee poured them out and filled them with the correst concentration at 100ppm.- Corrected
