All red violations from previous inspection were addressed, no improper cooling or hot/cold holding observed. Complaint investigation also conducted. Observed that bathroomlocated by cafeteria was padlocked. Facility staff state they allow access to restroom during food service, but patrons must request the key from the manager to unlock it. Observed that kitchen surfaces and equipment had been cleaned since lunch service. Observed adequate use of gloves and hair restraints by staff. Discussed glove use with staff, no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods, literature given. Also discussed that TCS foods must reach at least minimum cook off temperature before serving (literature given at previous inspection).
