Comments: Dishwasher final rinse test strips did not completely turn colo after first cycle. Dish unit appears to register 180F on gauge but after 6 more cycles another test strip provided the same results. Both test strips are attached to hardcopy inspection report. Operator also contacted janitorial services to determine if hot water heater was turned down over the recent school closing. Operator said the heater was not turned down and a reinspection was set up after the unit is serviced. A copy of manual wash procedures was reviewed and provided to this food operator.
