Great location, staff very helpful, rooms neat & cleaned regularly. Parking our 12-passenger van was a headache (too large for most garages), but street parking sufficed. Train station on site. Enjoy!

Loved it. Small room but great location. Everything you need and more. Seinfeld cafe a few blocks away. Best cheesecake in the world across the road and up a bit further at 'City Diner'

Would not allow me to rebook on account of a serious back injury. I can't imagine the type of management that would make a decision that lacks such basic decency. Not recommended.

Huge fan. Some reviews were eh. But we rented a room with it's own bathroom for a family of 4. Clean. Reasonable price. A bit away from the hussle. Location is perfect with the subway stop right outside the door. Subway only takes a couple minutes to get to time square and are always running. Good restaurants within walking distance. And within walking distance to Central Park and the natural history museum.

It was ok, but honestly for the $ it felt pretty run down. Personally my bed was so uncomfortable and noisy I changed beds the following night (which I never do, no need to be wasteful). The water pressure was really low too, to the point if you want a shower, you have to turn the head to the spray / massage setting to make it reach out far enough. Took literally 2-3minutes to get hot water too. I imagine the location is good for tourists and there's a Citibike dock and the subway right next door.
