Love it! We will stay here again. Clean, basic hostel accommodations. Small but nicely appointed rooms, clean shared bath and helpful staff. They are even happy to make copies, print out emails, etc. Good location.

The staff was really good and helpful. Once they saw us with our luggage they ran to help us. On the other hand, the rooms and halls seemed a bit dirty. It was a good place to stay for a couple of nights.

Great customer service. The employees knew the area very well and were really welcoming and kind. There is only 2 bathrooms on every floor but they were always spotless and didn't inconvinience me in any way. The rooms are also clean and air conditioned. If you bring a car there are some parking spots available but they are rarely free so you'll have to pay for parking which can be expensive. It's recommend you take a taxi in and out and take the subway everywhere.

A few blocks from the 96st subway station, fairly easy to find. Not very accessible for disabilities, as there are a few stairs to the front door. Very nice place, but of a "hidden gem". Rooms are lovely & comfy.

Do not recommend! Says they are wheelchair accessible but they are not. My friend could not even get into the hotel. Not only were they not wheelchair accessible, but they were not helpful at all in helping us find a different hotel to stay at. Very disappointing.
