| Comments: Owner was informed would re-inspect this week. Filter tap is not fully operational, there was no water initial inspection so I returned a second time and now water is dripping out/ not enough for adequate Potable water supply. Owner said he is using bottled water for cooking. Additional bottled water required as there is less than a half gallon present on premises. Owner said does not use much water only when he makes dough.The Health Department may do a reinspection before the filter is repaired to ensure an adequate supply of bottled water is present. I telephoned Laura Chapman from the Health Department atthe time of the inspection; she was aware of the need to repair system from her last visit. She said will be sending a letter to the operator. Owner was informed reverse osmosis filter is required to be repaired within 2 weeks or enforcement action may result. | ||
