Met with Julia in office this week and she asked to keep her permit active as still operating, as are waiting on the landlords approval. Note, Maria Cerrone signed and I must not have saved it.

Approval was given to change the steam table. Co-Inspector: Lesliann Piraino The inspection was performed with Lesliann Piraino as the lead inspector and Lisa Seymour as the trainer. A total of four or more red items within three years will result in enforcement action. A re-inspection will be done after 3 weeks. As per S. Rogan indirect drain required to be installed; he thought was previously located to left of three-bay sink before grease trap/silver area on pipe where it appears indirect drain may have been previously removed.
