Comments: Reinspection due to previous violations. Back kitchen ceiling has been replaced. Grill vents were spotless and new nozzles installed on the Ansul system. The temperature concerns on the prep line cooler were fixed - ice buildup prevented cold air flow, tomatoes and other items temped @ 39F. Counters cleaned and non kitchen items moved to back storage area. Dedicated new shelving for all cleaning chemicals to the back storage area. Revieved why meats and chicken from Tops and Save a Lot that didn't have USDA stamp are not allowed.
