Met on site with Yaser Almontaser. At this time Mr Almontaser states that he is only managing the store at this time. States that the owner of the building, and original permit holder, Mario Pineda will make him a partner or sell hime the store if he does a good job running it. Mr. Almontaser also states that they plan on appearing at the hearing together. |

| Comments: Met on site wtih Ali Almontaser, brother of new owner & manager. Ali states that they took over 8-10 days ago. Also states that they will be taking over the corporation. Current president of corporation is Genesis Pineda. Her afther, and owner of the building, Mario Pineda, arrived at establishment at this time. He states that sale of corporation is not complete. Closing has not yet been scheduled. Notice of hearing issued at this time for operating without a permit. Hearing scheduled for April 6, 2017 at 9 AM at 25 Moore Avenue, Mount Kisco, NY. At this time Mr. Ali Almontaser agrees to provide copy of Notice of Hearing to owner "by the end of the week. | ||
