The inspection showed that food (bread) was present by the dumpster. An inspection of the entire basement, dining and kitchen areas was completed. No rodent activity observed except for the droppings in the basement. This violation was noted on previous inspections on 10/9/18 and 11/9/18. Bug Runner has been servicing the premises monthly- last visit was 11/30/18. No points of entry were observed on doors or in the basement. Rat traps are set in the establishment upstairs and in the basement, and the manager was instructed in the proper placement of the traps. The manager was advised to remove all droppings so that proper monitoring of the presence of rodents could be evaluated. The manager was advised to not place any food on the ground outside, and to ensure the dumpster lids remain closed. |
