Operator has not used cooler yet, but explained that he plans to discard these items when unit is cleaned (moldy surfaces). Display case: chopped cucumbers and tomatoes 43F and egg salad 43F. Four whole mini pizzas and three calzones stored in display case. Operator stated that these items are intended only for display and will not be sold/given to customers. No evidence of roaches observed, and discussed frequency of on-site maintenance by pest company. |
