Comments: Vacuum packed jars of jam and and lemon slices were removed from the premises and placed in the operator's car. Deficiencies cited in the previous inspection have been corrected. Inez said that she contacted Agriculture and Markets and they told her that until she does 50 percent or more of her business from retail sales, they fall under the jurisdiction of the Department of Health. Ag and Markets was referring to Table On Ten's desire to ROP precooked thin crust pizza. Inez said that they are also considering canning fresh fruits and vegetables sometime in the future.
