Comments: Comments only: 1. Per interview with operator, dirty mop water is either disposed of on the ground surface or into a storm drain in back of facility. I did not witness mop bucket being emptied at the time of the inspector. Informed operator that dumping mop water onto the ground surface is a violation of the NYS Sanitary Code. I also suggested to the operator to call the Village of Lake George or Warren County Code Enforcement Office to see if disposal of dirty mop water down storm drain is permitted as this does not fall under our jurisdiction. 2. All violations must be corrected and are subject to enforcement action if not addressed in a timely manner.
