Comments: Complaint #18-17-00022. Observed dishes appear visibly clean at this time. Per manager Tom Scott, repair order to fix dishwasher was placed on 3/29/17, technician came out and made repairs same day, heating element was replaced, clogged jets were cleared. During complaint investigation, observed wash cycle temperature gauge not working, rinse water is draining to floor. Another RO was placed while we were at facility, technician to make repairs today. Manager Tom states he will contact this office when repair is complete. 1.5
