Comments: 15a- floor is dirty through out kitchen and has food debris 15c- nonfood related items are found in kitchen 5a- at time of inspection, ham in top of reachin unit across from grill found to be 50dF and was voluntarily discarded by owner in there since yesterday. bottom of unit temped at 43dF. 15a- some floor tiles are worn by stools area 15a- wall above refrigerator is made of bare wood and is not smooth and easily cleanable 12e- hand wash station is missing st 3 bay sink 5b- at time of inspection, cream of broccoli soup found to be 80dF, and cooked potatoes found to be 90dF, both found on prep table cooling per cook. Both out less than 2 hours per cook and both put in walk in cooler and corrected 7F&2E- at time of inspection, meatballs in sauce that were made yesterday temped at 100dF in hot hold unit.. meatballs were not temped when taken off stove and had been in unit more than 3 hours ago per cook. Meatballs and sauce were voluntarily discarded and corrected 5c- at time of inspection, .75 flat of eggs found out at room temp found to be at 72dF. The eggs were voluntarily discarded by cook. 9c- cook is not wearing a hair restraint.
