Comments: Reinspection this date for previous unresolved violations. There is now professional pest control servicing the facility. A sweep has been installed under the delivery door and this will deter entrance of rodents. There are less droppings than previously seen. It appears as if an effort has been made to correct this problem. There are several holes in the foundation of the building that may provide entrance for rodents. These can now be seen as high brush has been cleared. The upper ice making portion of the ice machine has been replaced-inspection of the interior of the bin is limited due to the quantity of ice inside. A hearing is scheduled for tomorrow morning at the Health Department in the Civic Center,421 Montgomery Street-12th floor. Mr. Defuria says he will attend. Mr Defuria will bring service reports from his pest control service. The above violations are noted.
