Inspection Results

Date: 2018-08-08 Type: Inspection Violations: 0 critical, 2 noncritical
Item 8A: Food not protected during storage, preparation, display, transportation and service, from potential sources of contamination (e.g., food uncovered, mislabeled, stored on floor, missing or inadequate sneeze guards, food containers double stacked)
Item 8E: Accurate thermometers not available or used to evaluate refrigerated or heated storage temperatures
Comments: I discussed with staff the complaint sent on 7/27 regarding piece of glove found in pizza by a customer. More pamphlets were given regarding hand wash techniques and staff is aware to immediately discard any gloves so nothing is left near the counter. Discussed the need for thermometers to test temperature through heating and cooling of potentially hazardous foods (ie chicken). Discussed to store any items always 6 inches above the floor surface. Thank you!
