Comments: Cook was preparing a chicken and bacon wrap for service to a customer. During the preparation the cook picked up the 10 inch tortilla wrap placing it on the sandwich station with her barehands the cook then proceded to roll and fold thewrap after placing the chicken and bacon the wrap also done with her barehands. The wrap was heated in a microwave to 165 degrees as the corrective action.
