Comments: Upon time of inspection floor appeared to be dirty and greasy. Kitchen Operator began cleaning kitchen after inspection with soapy water. Kitchen was dilapidated. Metal stoves and other appliances were falling apart. Meat kitchen appeared to be operating out of an awning off the back of the actual kitchen building. Neither kitchen could be secured, as a door was missing from the rear of meat kitchen, and there was no door separating dairy from meat kitchen. At time of inspection several food items that were beyond acceptable refrigerated temperature (>45*) were discarded. Exhaust fan between two kitchens lacked fan shroud, and someone could easily contact the spinning fan blades.
