Chef is not here today - typically temperatures are taken before every meal service. Today the pizza came from Pudgie's pizza and temperatures were not taken because it was served as soon as the delivery guy brought it in. All cold holding below 45 degrees and only stays out for 15 minutes, with any extras discarded. Milk is served out of the gallon jugs by the staff and comes directly from the commercial refrigerator. Any unserved milk is disposed of. Restrooms, hand washing, and potable water available. Gloves used. Lunch comes from Corning Painted Post. 22 kids served for lunch today.
