Plastic door flaps have been added to the walk-in freezer door to prevent ice and frost build-up inside of the freezer. No interior ice or frost build-up was noted at the time of the inspection.

Comments: The single door, upright Victory cooler in the elementary school kitchen was maintaining an internal ambient temperature of 50-55F per the internal thermometer and verified with my probe thermometer. The external digital thermometer was inaccurately reading 45F. Only whole fruit and individual non-PHF juice cups were stored in it. Do not use for PHF storage unless it can maintain 45F or below. All other coolers/glove usage/handwash/OK.
