Discussed how to calibrate thermometer properly (based off prior violation). Using a metal stem probe thermometer, multiple temperatures were taken of potentially hazardous foods located in the kitchen in the two sliding door coolers, temperatures observed were in range at time of inspection. |

Operator indicates she does not do off-site catering any longer. 4- All violations must be corrected in a timely manner, and the proof of correction transmitted to the Glens Falls District Office. Uncorrected violations and repeat violations may result in the initiation of enforcement action and the imposition of fines. |
