Cook states broth was left over from Auxiliary dinner on 10/25 and placed in walk -in cooler to cool following dinner. Unknown cooling procedures used and if product reached appropriate temperatures with timeframes. Cook voluntarily discarded product. Product was found on shelves used by Auxiliary only however there is no signage indicating this.
