Received mostly bi-monthly receipts for previous months. Ensure all surfaces are smooth and easily cleanable, NO HOLES IN WALLS, CEILING etc. and all surfaces are kept spotless to help eliminate cockroaches. Note, certified Food Protection Manager is not present, recommend additional person to be sent to cover in owners absence. Given copy of upcoming classes to owner. After inspection was completed, I left to inspect another restaurant and returned to go over violations written with the owner who later arrived at the restaurant after the inspection.
