Comments: No violations observed. No cooking was being done at time of inspection. The bulk water used is supplied by Firehouse Water Services. All water taps in kitchen area, and restrooms are posted with signs that state " Do Not Drink ". Bottled water is used for drinking and cooking. Obtained a chlorine residual of 1.8 mg/l from outside bulk water storage tank near concession stand. Permit conditions required that the used grease to be collected and discarded appropriately. A camping permit was not obtained this year do to the fact that camping was permitted only one time during the June 24th and 25th weekend, and was less than the 60 hours/year requirements.
