Manager voluntarily discarded chemical due to the fact that she was unsure of what chemical it was- corrected 2E-food testing thermometer in ice bath temped at 22dF and should read 32dF. This inspector calibrated food testing thermometer in ice bath to 32dF and corrected. 11A- chemical dish machine is not sanitizing properly. |
