Operator reported these foods were put out at 7AM ( greater than the 2 hr. limit). Operator voluntarily discarded foods after denaturing at time of inspection. The upper lunch meat was 50 dF and temp went lower as product got lower. The pepperoni and salami was voluntarily discarded by worker 5E Walk-in (Norlake) cooler had an ambient air temperature of 50 dF @ 11:30 AM. 5A Products stored on upper shelves of cooler were 52dF to 48 dF.
