It appears as though the doors will pop open when others are closed. The doors must be remain closed at all times. - Food handling employee observed dispensing ice with a gloved hand. Although a hand barrier was used; it is recommended to utilize an approved ice scoop for proper dispensing. - When utilizing ice as the medium for cold holding; It is required to completely surround the food product requiring temperature control. - Staff items being stored in the service line reach-in cooler shall be properly labeled and stored in a manner to avoid potential contamination of operational food items. - A small drip appears to be present on the 2-compartment sink righ basin plumbing line. - Facility in the process of installing additional shelving for the proper storage of food and equipment storage. - The Snack Shack is not approved for food processing and handling. Only pre-packaged and sealed food/beverage items may be distributed from this area. Should the facility wish to perform food processing or handling activities in the Snack Shack; The facility will need to be upgraded to meet the standards of Part 14-1 of the NYS Sanitary code.
