Comments: Notes: - Facility does not have a stand-alone food preparation sink. They are currently using the left side of the double basin sink or the sanitize basin of the three-bay sink. It was suggested during 2/23/17 inspection to consider installing a stand alone food prep sink with an indirect drain thus allowing facility to directly connect the plumbing under the three bay sink as the air gap would no longer be necessary. - Owner states food preparation is completed prior to the hours of food service and ware washing. - A new pizza prep counter and double sink are in the plans to be installed. The screen door has been replaced with a total bug screen/walk through type. - Suggest keeping a box of gloves at the bar to use when cutting up fruit for drinks. - Discussed need for a covered trash receptacle in the ladies' restroom. Please be aware: Items denoted with " *** " are repeated violations from 2/23/17 inspection. Failure to correct repeat violations prior to the next regular inspection may be cause for corrective action to be pursued by this office.
