Comments: Found kitchen under major renovation and bar location already was replaced and relocated within the building. I provided John Brownlow a copy of NYS Sanitary code subpart 14-1 and viewed the construction standards and requested that fllor plans be submitted for review. Refused to use the DOH2419 hand wash sign and told operator that a generic hand wash needs to be posted and visible to the staff at hand wash stations and restrooms.
